Agnieszka Głowacka

Agnieszka Głowacka, Vice President of ERBUD. A graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Faculty of Economics and Management; today, she serves on two advisory boards at the same faculty. She completed the ICAN Business Advisor management development program and the year-long Strategic Leadership Academy at the ICAN Institute. She holds a certificate authorizing her to sit on supervisory boards of state-owned companies. She is the first Polish woman recognized by the prestigious AACSB’s Influential Leaders initiative. She has been named one of the "100 Business Women in Poland" by Puls Biznesu magazine. She is also the Vice President and one of the co-founders of the ERBUD Foundation, which supports children from orphanages in transitioning to adult life. She is the driving force behind the “Młode MajstERki” project, which promotes construction among girls and women. One of the elements of the project was the publication of the book and audiobook Klara Builds in both Polish and Ukrainian, as well as a series of construction workshops held at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw.
