Adam Sar has been associated with the banking sector since the beginning of his job career. He has over twenty years of experience in managing sales teams. Having an extraordinary understanding of the business client market, he contributed to strengthening the market position of ING Bank Śląski in the corporate segment in the Łódź, Świętokrzyskie and Mazowieckie voivodeships. He was responsible for a number of projects with strategic importance for the Bank, as well as for the implementation of innovative solutions and ideas supporting business development. He promotes the culture of knowledge sharing.
A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź and the Faculty of Economics and Sociology in the field of Finance and Banking. A long-time lecturer, e.g. Kozminski University, Centrum Doskonalenia Kadr Kierowniczych Gospodarki and Wyższa Szkoła Marketingu i Biznesu in Lodz.
