Adam Newton is a strategic thinker and digital capabilities champion, with extensive experience in leading organizational and digital strategy and transformation. He is dedicated to promoting continuous improvement and innovation, and fostering a culture of learning agility, curiosity and design thinking.
Currently serving as the Head of Strategy, Transformation & Performance at Danone, Adam's professional journey also includes roles such as Head of PMO and CAPEX project management positions within Danone’s Dairy business, as well as experience outside of Danone in e-commerce and renewable energy.
In addition to his professional achievements, Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and is a passionate traveler, hiker and cyclist.
