Deputy Director of the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw (SEW UW). Co-chair of the Polish-Czech Forum, under the auspices of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Poland and Czechia. Expert of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe in implementing the OSCE Human Dimension Mechanism. Associated with the Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW) for 15 years: served as the OSW Director from 2016 to 2022.
