He specializes in solving regulatory problems affecting the economic space of enterprises and entire industries, in particular in the field of creating conditions for fair competition, changes in energy law, environmental and climate issues, and tax law. He cooperates with, among others: chemical, cement, steel, non-ferrous metals, oil&gas and consumer goods industries. Additionally, he provides tax and customs consultancy in the area of taxation of international trade in goods. He is a licensed tax advisor (entry number 10204). Representative in numerous successful proceedings before tax and customs authorities, in hundreds of cases before administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court, represented a Magoora company in proceedings before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg in case C-414/07. Awarded by Gazeta Prawna with the Golden Paragraph in the "Best tax advisor" category in 2008. Member of the team that prepared the draft of the currently applicable excise tax act.
