Wojciech Ziemliński
President of the Management Board, Sika Poland Sp. z o.o
General Manager of Sika Poland, associated with the company since 2005. He has over twenty years of experience in the construction chemicals industry. From 2013 to 2023, he held director-level positions at Sika in sales, marketing, and distribution. Together with his team, he achieved the Forbes Diamonds 2024 and Infrastructure and Construction Diamonds 2023 awards.
A key success of his leadership is the planned construction of a new Sika factory in Poland in 2026, which will combine innovation and sustainable solutions. Thanks to his vision, the company has become a modern enterprise that places a strong emphasis on talent development, investing in training, mentoring, and innovative solutions that support leaders in their daily work. His ambition is also to continue integrating the market, striving to strengthen Sika's position as a leader in the construction chemicals industry in the region.
He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Economics, and holds an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics. He has completed numerous management courses organized by institutions such as the ICAN Institute and the IMD Business School.
