Kormotech is a global family-owned company with Ukrainian roots, specializing in high-quality pet food. The company produces cat and dog food under the brands Optimeal, Delickcious, Club 4 Paws, Hav!, Miau!, and My Love.
Rostyslav co-founded Kormotech with his father and sister in 2003. For the past 12 years, he has served as CEO. During this time, Rostyslav has brought Kormotech into the top 50 global pet food manufacturers, achieving an annual turnover of $162.7 million and expanding into 46 markets. He leads a team of over 1,300 employees operating worldwide. Kormotech has three production facilities located in Ukraine and Lithuania.
In 2023, Rostyslav founded Kormotech Ventures, an investment fund supporting pet care startups. Since 2024, he has held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Kormotech.
He is an active participant in international forums and summits, including Forbes CEE Forum 2024 in Bucharest, Romania, Foreign Investors Annual Summit 2024 in Vilnius, Lithuania and the Rebuild Ukraine Business Conference 2024 in Toronto, Canada.
