Radosław Niedzielski

Radosław Niedzielski is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in the public sector. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the National School of Public Administration, he has honed his expertise through roles at the Ministry of State Treasury, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Industrial Development Agency (IDA JSC), and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
His responsibilities have included exercising shareholder rights in over 150 companies with State Treasury ownership. He has led investment projects involving direct capital injections by the State Treasury or state-owned legal entities. A specialist in corporate restructuring - including the use of state aid - he co-authored a rescue and restructuring aid programme for businesses, which was notified to the European Commission and later implemented under national legislation five years later.
He currently serves as a Supervisory Board Member of Bank Pekao S.A. and Welcome Airport Services Sp. z o.o.
At IDA JSC, he oversees the capital group, equity transactions, and state aid compliance, driving strategic governance and operational efficiency.
