Responsible for the technical structures of operations, particularly project management in road and railway infrastructure construction, as well as the digitalization of construction processes.
He has been associated with STRABAG. From 2014 to February 2025, he held the position of Director of the Central and Northwest Region Directorate, which significantly strengthened its position in the regional construction market and has carried out key infrastructure investments for local governments, including road, bridge, utility, and tramway construction projects.
From 1995 to 2014, he held managerial positions in construction companies in Poland. He was a manager responsible for major infrastructure projects at companies such as Intop, Budimex, Atkins, Skanska, Mota-Engil, and Trakcja.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Hydroengineering at Gdańsk University of Technology, specializing in marine construction.
