Co-founder and CEO of SmartLunch, Mateusz played multiple roles in the early days of the startup — from co-developing the product MVP, handling finance, marketing, and customer service, to managing HR and recruitment. Today, he is responsible for the company's investment strategy and growth.
He was awarded the Lower Silesian Griffin in the Business Leader 2024 category. Mateusz holds a degree in Business Management from the Wrocław University of Economics.
Privately, he’s a passionate sports enthusiast — especially when it comes to football.
