Marian Buras, Master Degree of Agriculture, graduate of the University of Science and Technology in Krakow (AGH), internship participant in Dayton, USA. Mayor of Morawica since 1990. In the years 2003-2011 he was a lecturer at the Higher School of Commerce (WSH) in Kielce. He is an alternate member of the European Committee of the Regions in Brussels. Since 2019, a member of the board of the Union of Rural Communes of the Republic of Poland. Laureate of many prestigious awards.
