Advocate and tax advisor with over 20 years of experience in consulting for the biggest Polish and foreign entrepreneurs. He is the graduate of John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (law) and of the University of Central Lancashire (MBA). Marcin is the Managing Partner of Andersen in Poland.
He specializes in legal and tax advisory in M&A as well as transactions undertaken by private equity funds. He has gained experience when advising on transactions in real estate, energy and oil & gas sectors as well as for financial institutions. He has represented clients in tax litigation before tax authorities, administrative courts of both instances as well as before the Parliamentary Investigation Committee on VAT.
He supervises infrastructural projects, including green field projects in Poland. Attorney of managers and board members in criminal tax litigation. Author of numerous publications on tax and law as well as the speake at conferences and seminars on civil and tax law. In 2015 he headed the tax team that was recognised by International Tax Review as Tax Firm of the Year in Poland.
