In MoSA, she is responsible for exercising ownership supervision over companies with State Treasury shareholding. As a member of supervisory authorities, she has many years of experience in designing corporate governance and supervision solutions, as well as their implementation. In the previous years she dealt with, among others: creating ownership policy, including the issue of remuneration of members of company bodies, sponsoring and CSR, as well as the area of economic and financial analyses regarding the functioning of companies. Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Development Fund. Graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. She completed courses in the field of administration and functioning of capital companies.
