Maciej Pilipczuk
President of the Management Board, Emitel
Maciej Pilipczuk has served as the CEO and President of the Management Board of Emitel S.A. since 1 January 2025. He has been with the company since 2015, previously holding various roles, including CFO, Member of the Management Board, and Financial Director. He is a recognised expert in Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Administration, and Procurement.
With over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, Maciej honed his expertise at T-Mobile Polska (formerly PTC Era) and UPC Polska. He has led numerous projects in cost optimisation, financial planning and reporting, financial modelling, system implementation, cash flow management, and securing funding.
Maciej is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, where he earned a master’s degree in Finance and Banking. He also completed Business Studies at Aalborg University in Denmark, obtaining an MSc in Economics and Business Administration, specialising in International Business Economics. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an international organisation for finance and accounting professionals.
