Krzysztof Staniszewski has been associated with the hospitality industry from the very beginning of his professional career, advancing through successive levels of operational and strategic management. He has over 16 years of experience in hospitality.
Currently, he is responsible for managing and developing one of Poland's most prestigious hotels – Crystal Mountain***** in Wisła. This unique hotel complex, with a leisure and conference profile, has been honored with prestigious industry awards, such as the Perfect SPA Award and MP Power Award.
Previously, he managed flagship properties of Zdrojowa Hotels, including Diune Hotel***** and Marine Hotel***** in Kołobrzeg, simultaneously serving as a Board Member of the ZH Group. He began his managerial career as MICE Sales Manager at Aquarius SPA Hotel*****.
He specializes in operational management, sales strategy, and the implementation of the highest standards of guest service.
