Krzysztof is an attorney-at-law and a founding partner of LWW.
He has twenty years of experience in leading transactions in both national and international markets. Over this time, he has successfully completed over a hundred mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as several dozen infrastructure projects, including concessions and PPP models. He has also advised in financing acquisition and restructuring projects.
Krzysztof’s experience in avation includes 10 years as an external legal counsel for Polskie Porty Lotnicze S.A. as well as participation in of a number of projects related to the expansion of Warsaw Chopin Airport and its infrastructure. Privately, Krzysztof is a PPL(A) licensed pilot.
For many years, Krzysztof has been recommended in national and international rankings organized by Chambers Europe, The Legal 500, and Gazeta Prawna, to name a few.
