Civil Procedure Department, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland. Chairman of the Commission for the Codification of the System of Judiciary and Public Prosecutor's Office. He works at the University of Silesia in Katowice and as a judge of a Regional Court in Katowice. He was also the head of the largest Polish Judges Association „Iustitia” (2016-2025). His research interests include civil poceedings, in particular the non-contentious proceedings and the Law on the System of Common Courts. He has spoken at many conferences and seminars. He is the author of over 100 publications.
