Jacek Czerniak
Head of Sectors & Coverage, Wholesale Banking, ING Bank Śląski SA
Jacek joined ING Bank Śląski in 2025. He is responsible for all Sectors & Clients Coverage in ING Poland Wholesale Banking. He has more than 30 years experience in banking sector.
He spent almost 29 years working for Citigroup in Corporate & Commercial Banking businesses. As Managing Director over 13 years he was responsible for multinational clients business and last 3,5 years as Regional Head for 18 countries in Central & Eastern Europe, Poland & Ukraine based in Budapest. He was member of EMEA Executive Committee for Global Network Clients as well as Assets & Liabilities Committee and Business Senior Credit Officer for Citibank Europe. He was Member of Bank Handlowy Brokerage House Supervisory Board for almost 7 years.
Jacek participated and supported many transcations including capital markets deals for Polish companies investing abroad as well as he was involved in many investments of the largest foreign investors in Central & Eastern Europe, Poland & Ukraine.
He was also one of the Lecturers in “Bank of the Future” project at Budapest Business School and participated as Mentor in many projects supporting Women in Business.
