She served as Vice President of the Management Board of KGHM for Development, President of the Management Board of KGHM ZANAM, and Vice President of the Management Board of the Legnica Special Economic Zone. She was responsible for the construction of two gas-fired power plants, extraction shafts, and the development of the new Głogów Głęboki-Przemysłowy deposit. She implemented the construction of a copper smelter using the new flash furnace technology and prepared the "Hydrotransport of concentrate" project. She founded the Lower Silesian Automotive and Aviation Clusters and negotiated the location of the Mercedes engine factory in Jawor.
She graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics, majoring in Management. She also completed the Polish-Austrian Management Study "Company Management" and a number of courses, including those at The George Washington University and the Warsaw School of Economics.
