Dawid Olszewski

Dawid Olszewski is President of Alfa Laval Poland and Eastern Europe. He has many years of experience in managing global companies. At Alfa Laval, he manages teams implementing innovative solutions that support the company's customers in achieving their climate goals, increasing energy efficiency, developing energy storage and supporting the circular economy. Under his leadership, these teams focus on optimizing production processes in the energy, food and marine sectors.
Before joining Alfa Laval in 2018, he held management positions at Cedo, one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of household goods and a pioneer in plastic recycling.
Dawid graduated from the Wrocław University of Technology with a degree in Electronics, Computer Science and Management. His business expertise includes managing international teams, optimizing production processes and strategic development planning in Eastern European markets. He is an active sportsman, marathon runner and sailor who values active leisure.
