Antoni Kałuża
Board Member, Econverse
Antoni Kałuża is a Board Member of the Econverse Foundation, Poland’s leading startup and education NGO supporting entrepreneurship and future skills among young Poles. Econverse helps talented students aged 16–21 develop practical competencies and turn early business ideas into reality. The Foundation was created by students from top Polish universities and from abroad, including Harvard, Oxford, and Minerva, with the goal of strengthening the Polish education system. In just three years, Econverse has reached over 5,000 participants, laying the groundwork for the next generation of Polish unicorns. Econverse is also the organiser of Fuse conferences - educational festivals in Poland dedicated to entrepreneurship and new technologies for youth.
In 2023, Econverse won the Emerging Europe Award for Inclusive Entrepreneurship Initiative of the Year and was recognised as a Startup Pozytywnego Wpływu by Kozminski Business Hub in 2024.
Antoni oversees communication strategy, partnerships with public sector and legal affairs, contributing to the Foundation’s growth and social impact. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law at Adam Mickiewicz University, focusing on development policy, public procurement, and the role of technology in law and governance. He has also gained experience in public affairs as an Assistant to a Member of Parliament.
