Aneta Szczesna-Kowalska
Vice-President of the Management Board for HR, UNIMOT SA
Aneta Szczesna-Kowalska serves as Vice President of the Management Board for HR at UNIMOT Group, a position she has held since January 2024. She is responsible for implementing the Group’s strategy, shaping a modern and effective human capital policy, and maintaining strong relations with social partners.
She joined UNIMOT in 2021 as Director of HR and Administration. Her professional background spans more than 25 years across sectors such as energy, logistics, manufacturing, telecoms, and finance.
Aneta is a certified coach and assessor. She is also a member of the Polish Human Resources Management Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Humanities. Her academic background includes postgraduate studies in Psychological and Negotiation Competencies in Business at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Labour Law at the University of Warsaw, and an MBA from Kozminski University.
