Adrian Szkudlarski
President of the Management Board, Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o.
President of the Management Board of Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. since December 1st, 2021. A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology and AGH University of Kraków, he holds an MBA degree and PMP certification. He has been with the LOTOS Group since the beginning of his professional career in 2006. He was responsible for implementing the RBI methodology at the Gdańsk refinery. He also led the implementation of the EFRA Project (CAPEX EUR 540 million), successfully overseeing the commissioning and test operation of the delayed coking unit. Former Management Board Member at LOTOS Asfalt and Director of the Mergers & Acquisitions Office at Grupa LOTOS. Combines strategic insight with hands-on operational experience and has an in-depth understanding of the refining industry.
