Thematic scope
Women in leadership positions in Polish business – where do we stand, and what lies ahead? By June 2026, 40% of top corporate positions should be held by women. Gender equity, the gender pay gap – what do the studies reveal? What needs to change? Experienced female leaders and aspiring executives: their stories, experiences, and impact. What drives them to action? Motivations, recommendations, costs.
SILENT SESSION*
Sessions on stages Spodek scena 1 and Spodek scena 2 will be held in a SILENT formula. There will be no audio system in the auditorium. Voice of the speakers will be transmitted by means of an infrared transmitter feeding the signal to cordless receivers for simultaneous interpretation. For your convenience, in-ear headphones will be provided, too. Every participant and speaker will have a chance of choosing their preferred headphones. All speakers and participants must use the headphones. All available channels will be displayed at the entrance to each session.
