Wojciech is a lawyer specialised in European law, particularly competition law, state aid and sectoral regulation, as well as handling investments and transactions in regulated markets. He has experience working in the EU, as well as in governmental institutions. He is a Partner and Head of the Energy, Infrastructure and Environment Practice Group at Kochański&Partners law firm. He has also worked as an advisor to Polish energy companies PGE EJ1 and PSE SA, where he dealt with energy sector regulation, EU law, and state aid issues. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and completed his doctoral studies in law. He is also a graduate of the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg (international, European and comparative law) and completed postgraduate studies in European litigation at the International University Institute in Luxembourg.
