Polish Businessman, founder and CEO of Arche SA. Graduate of the Secondary Art School in Lublin and the  Cinematography department at the Film School in Łódź. He worked on his farm since 1977. From 1990-1997 he held the position of the major of Trzebieszów. In 1991 founded Arche SA, a development company, that became his main business venture.

His business activity spreads on numerous development projects including building hotels and housing estates. Engaged in charity he became a co-founder of the Lena Grochowska Foundation which helps people with disabilities and repatriates. In recognition of his activity, he was honored with numerous awards and distinctions, including the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta and the Nansen Award for helping refugees from Ukraine.

Besides his business activity, he’s passionate about breeding fallow deer. His determination and passion made him one of the most respected entrepreneurs in Poland.
