Since June 2013 he has been representing the most important institution in the chemical sector in Poland at domestic and international forums. Since February 2024 member of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.

An expert in the chemical sector with many years of professional experience in managerial positions. He has gained his expertise, among others, in the most important companies in the chemical sector and petrochemical industries in Poland and Central Europe, and in the advisory sector. For several years now he has been representing the interests of the domestic chemical industry in Poland and abroad, and he has sat on the boards of numerous national and international business and industrial organizations.

Currently, he is a member of the National Association Board (NAB) in the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC), where he represents seven countries in the Central European Cluster.

He is also a member of the Presidium of the Committee for Chemistry at the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as the Presidium of the Council and the Committee for Climate and Energy Policy at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Doctor of technical sciences in the field of chemical technology. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the PL program and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He completed the Strategic Business Management Program at Harvard University Extension School.
