Managing Partner at McKinsey & Company for Poland and Co-Leader of the McKinsey Transmission and Distribution Service Line globally. Over the last 15 years, Tomasz has been serving energy players across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and Africa including more than 35 Transmission and Distribution System Operators.

Tomasz supports clients in the energy, technology, financial, public, and private equity sectors. Hi is leader of the Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice in Central Europe and an Expert in new strategy development, complex digital transformation programs, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.

He has co-authored several reports published by McKinsey & Company, including “Lifting Poland’s ambition. On the cusp of a new era?, "Digital Challengers in the next normal", "Poland 2030", "The rise of Digital Challengers", "Poland as a Digital Challenger", "Shoulder to Shoulder with the Robot" and "The AI Revolution".

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz. He completed programs in Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics, Pompeu Fabry University in Barcelona and the FMU University Center in São Paulo, and in the Economics of Deposit Management at the Academy of Mines - Colorado School of Mines in the US.
