Robert Juodka is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Polish Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce. In his daily business life he is a reknown business attorney at law, Managing Partner and co-owner of NOEWE LEGAL Law Firm (a part of NOEWE Group). NOEWE is one of the major professional service providers in the Baltic market, which offers a portfolio of services in Legal, Tax, Investment Banking, Business Consulting, Financial Planning, Accounting services, as well as Asset and Wealth Management. Robert Juodka is also a Board member of the Lithuanian Defence and Security Industry Association and for over a decade serves in the Lithuanian military system as an active Combat Rifleman (Member of the Lithuanian Riflemen Union). He is also an active investor and a Cavalier of the Presidential Order of Terra Mariana of the Republic of Estonia as well as several other military honors and awards by Lithuanian Riflemen Union for his military service.

Robert Juodka is fluent in Lithunian, Estonian, English, Polish, German, Russian languages as well as understands and reads in Ukrainian.
