Manager with 27 years of experience in trading and retail sales of electricity, gas and related instruments, expert in energy, asset optimization, portfolio management and electromobility. Electrical engineer, economist, doctor of social sciences.
From 2022, Director of the Infrastructure Office at the Capital City Hall Warsaw responsible for the security of energy and water supplies to residents. Responsible for the plan for the construction and development of infrastructure in Warsaw for charging electric vehicles (electromobility) and refueling vehicles with alternative fuels.
In the years 2017-2020 he worked for PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o. o. as a purchases portfolio manager, pricing, balancing and settlements of gas. From 2007 to 2016, he worked for the Polska Grupa Energetyczna Group as the Managing Director for Trade, Department Director and Vice-President of PGE Electra S.A. From January 2014 to July 2016, President of the Management Board of PGE Brokerage House. Long-time Vice-President of the Management Board of the TOE Energy Trading Association.
