Counsel at Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw office. He is a legal expert with a focus on tech investments and international business expansion. With a diverse cross-border background spanning tech, gaming, retail, food, healthcare, and manufacturing, Radzym advises founders, entrepreneurs, major corporations and PE/VC funds. He works with foreign investors interested in Poland and supports Polish businesses throughout their international expansion. He helps to form international joint-ventures and skillfully lead large teams of lawyers through intricate multinational projects.

Radzym has played a pivotal role in some of the largest tech exits in the Polish market and significant early-stage private financing rounds for Polish gaming studios. Beyond transactional work, he mentors tech start-ups, contributes to legal innovations, previously served as a Supervisory Board Member of PAIH, and currently sits on the Programme Board of the Digital Poland Foundation.
