Piotr Kuba has more than 25 years of experience on the capital market in the area of the management of funds and assets. In 1998-2016 he has worked in the Skarbiec group as a fund manager in Skarbiec TFI, then Equity Fund Management Department director and Controlling Department director. Since 2004 on the Management Board of Skarbiec TFI where, as the Member of the Management Board and later its Deputy Chairman, he was responsible for the management of the capital and private market funds, including real properties, product area and development strategy as well as risk control. In 2002-2012 he was also a member of the Supervisory Board at ProService AT. In PFR TFI as a Member of the Management Board he has been responsible for the investment area since 2017.

Graduate of the University of Łódź, faculty of Mathematics, field of Numerical Methods and Programming. He holds investment advisor licence and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) title awarded by the CFA Institute. Participant of a managerial development programme “Management” organised by ICAN Institute and Harvard Business School.
