Speakers

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. He obtained his doctoral degree in security sciences from the Faculty of Management and Command of the Academy of War Arts. During his professional career, he held the following positions: president of the management board of the Central Military Office of Construction and Technology S.A., deputy president of the Military Property Agency, general counsel at the Ministry of National Defense, and minister's advisor at the Ministry of Regional Development. A long-time academic lecturer. He sat on a number of supervisory boards of commercial law entities. He holds Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Government Auditing Professional certificates. Since December 2022, he has been acting as the President of the Management Board of Rosomak S.A.
