Piotr Ciepiela is an energy and environmental lawyer / attorney-at-law focusing on regulatory advisory, project development, and transactions in the energy sector. Piotr advises on buy-side and sell-side deals for targets developing renewable energy projects, development of infrastructure and renewable ventures (focusing on offshore and onshore wind) and environmental compliance. Piotr also represents clients in regulatory proceedings regarding energy and environmental matters. Since 2020, Piotr has been recommended by Legal500 (Energy & Natural Resources 2020-2024 – Poland) for his expertise in energy sector investments and transactions, particularly from the regulatory and environmental perspectives.
