Paweł Jarski is the founder and president of the Elemental Holding Group - a world leader in the urban mining industry, operating in 35 countries across three continents. The Group obtains platinum metals (palladium, platinum, and rhodium) from used car catalysts, gold, silver, and copper concentrate from used electrical and electronic equipment, printed circuit boards, and non-ferrous metal scrap in an environmentally sustainable manner. Paweł Jarski is constantly looking for innovative solutions, which resulted in the launch of a modern plant in Poland to recover rare earth metals from used lithium-ion batteries.
Paweł Jarski is also the president of the Polish Triathlon Association and a member of the Polish Olympic Committee.
Paweł Jarski graduated from Kozminski University, specializing in Human Resource Management, and completed a post-graduate program at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also received scholarships from the Helsinki School of Economics (Finland) and Jonkoping Business School (Sweden).
