An expert with over 20 years' experience in the aviation industry. A visionary and business strategist. She began her career by managing the customer service team for Austrian Airlines at Warsaw Airport. As Country Manager of R-BAG Poland, she increased the value of the company and its share in the Polish air cargo market. Under the Welcome Airport Services brand, she successfully brought two cargo terminal projects - at Chopin Airport and at Szczecin Goleniów Airport - to the implementation phase. She has experience in creating and developing business concepts that generate significant value and revenue growth for the company. She has built sales and customer relationship teams, created and implemented new services and products in aviation companies. In 2008-2009 she was Vice-President of the Airline Operations Committee at Chopin Airport. She holds an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chains from the Leon Kozminski University. She is passionate about ambitious challenges, a professional in building committed teams, a manager with good energy, which she shares with her colleagues and business partners.
