Chairman of the Council of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (PUCC) and the Board of the Polish-Ukrainian Partnership Fund. Co-chairman (UA) of the Committee on Defense Industry of the PUCC. Participant of the Ukrainian-Russian War and he was awarded state and other awards in Ukraine, incl. the award of the President of Ukraine "For the defense of Ukraine", the Kyiv "Badge of Honor", "For contributing to the defense of Kyiv". He was born in Lviv in 1962 in a Polish-Ukrainian family. Economist-mathematician by education, from the beginning of the 1990s he worked in the Government and Administration of the President of Ukraine. He underwent professional retraining in the USA and UK.  Was the Minister of the agro-industrial complex of the opposition Cabinet of Ministers of J.Tymoshenko, an adviser to the leadership of the Government of Ukraine, implemented industrial projects, including in Donbass. He was engaged in the promotion of Ukrainian business in Africa, was a member of the Investment Union of Africa. After the Revolution of Dignity, in 2014-2015 he headed the Public Council of the State Agency for Investments and Management of National Projects of Ukraine, and was an Advisor to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine.
