Managing Director for Global and Investment Banking at mBank SA (formerly BRE Bank SA), Commerzbank Group.

For nearly 30 years he has been working in the investment banking sector, of which 25 years in mBank. Initially, he was responsible for capital investments. In 2006, he initiated and developed a new area of ​​mBank's activity - Mezzanine Finance. In 2008, he took the position of the Director of the Structural Financing Department and Mezzanine, managing a portfolio of structural financing worth several billion zlotys. Since 2017 he has been managing the Global and Investment Banking Division.

Prior to joining mBank, he worked in consulting companies (corporate finance, controlling systems) and in other banks (Bank Handlowy w Warszawie, Polski Bank Inwestycyjny). He participated in many mergers and acquisitions transactions both from the advisory side and from the financing organization.

He was a member of Supervisory Boards of many companies (Xtrade SA, BPT Telbank S.A., Mennica S.A., eCard S.A., BRE Agent Transferowy). He is currently a member of the Supervisory Boards of the Vectra Group, mBank Hipoteczny S.A. and the chairman of the supervisory board of mCorporate Finance. He obtained a master's degree in finance and banking at the Warsaw School of Economics, graduated from the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona and managerial courses at IMD, Darden, MIT.
