Michał Fijoł has been associated with PLL LOT for seven years, accompanying the company during its greatest development. He began his career path at the national carrier as the Proxy of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs. Then, since March 2017, he has served as a Member of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs, to take the position as President of the Management Board in June 2023. He completed his doctoral studies in Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at the University of Osnabrück in Germany and at the Vienna University of Economics. Before joining the PLL LOT team, he worked for international corporations in the digital, marketing, and sales areas.
