For years, Mateusz has been operating in the area of financial instruments in the form of BGK sureties and guarantees. Originator and animator of many innovative solutions for guarantee systems. He co-created guarantee programs of strategic importance for the economy and for Polish entrepreneurs, programs financed both from national and EU funds. He has a extended knowledge of national and EU regulations, especially in the field of state aid and financial instruments.

Mateusz effectively implements the government program Supporting Entrepreneurship with the use of sureties and guarantees of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego which, by providing access to a financing offer tailored to the needs of the market in Poland, aims to increase the competitiveness of Polish entrepreneurs, including those from the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). He actively participates in creating an offer to support the SME sector in access to finance, including the preparation of concepts and legislative solutions regarding the development of the guarantee system in Poland. He cooperates with financial institutions supporting entrepreneurship in Poland and domestic and foreign institutions.

He has the European Banking Certificate EFCB 3E.
