Martyna Czapska is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property practice at Baker McKenzie in Warsaw with more than ten years’ professional experience.

Martyna advises clients on personal data protection, new technologies and intellectual property law. Martyna has also provided on-going legal advisory to businesses and works mainly with international clients. Martyna is also experienced in advising gamedev entities.

Her expertise includes intellectual property law, preparing licensing agreements and agreements transferring intellectual property rights, advising on protection of personal data, and preparation of documentation in connection with the implementation of GDPR, preparation of the due diligence reports with respect to intellectual property and data protection.
