Advocate and tax advisor with over 20 years of experience in consulting for the biggest Polish and foreign entrepreneurs. He specializes in M&A transactions (including real estate deals), white collar crimes law and tax proceedings. Marcin is the Managing Partner of Andersen in Poland.

·        Marcin specializes in legal and tax advisory in M&A as well as transactions undertaken by private equity funds.

·        He has gained experience when advising on transactions in real estate, energy and oil & gas sectors as well as for financial institutions.

·        He has represented clients in tax litigation before tax authorities, administrative courts of both instances as well as before the Parliamentary Investigation Committee on VAT.

·        He supervises infrastructural projects, including green field projects in Poland.

·        Attorney of managers and board members in criminal tax litigation.

·        Author of numerous publications on tax and law as well as the speaker at conferences and seminars on civil and tax law.
