Magdalena Kasiarz is an attorney and restructuring advisor. For 20 years she has been advising in the field of civil, corporate and commercial contract law, provided to both Polish and foreign entities. Magdalena specializes in negotiating contracts related to merger and acquisition transactions (including transactions concerning distressed assets), reorganizations and debt restructuring, and conducting legal audits. Magdalena also supervised projects aimed at implementing structural reforms in Polish restructuring and bankruptcy law. Magdalena is recognized in international legal rankings, including the Legal 500 in the categories of Commercial, Corporate and M&A, Restructuring and Insolvency, and Banking and Finance. She is an author of numerous articles and legal commentaries on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency, and a mentor in the Early Warning program.
