He advises clients in the energy sector on regulatory issues, restructuring projects, and investments in new generation sources, including acquisitions and the development of renewable projects in Poland.
He represents industry associations in parliamentary work on the energy sector, particularly on the Energy Law, the Law on Renewable Energy Sources and its amendments, and the Law on Offshore Wind Energy.
A member of the board of the Association of Energy Law Lawyers and a member of the Polish Wind Energy Association and the PV Association.
He cooperates with the M&A team on a daily basis, participating in the acquisition of renewable energy projects; he also works closely with the environmental and infrastructure team.
