CEO of EMKA S.A. company and a member of the Board of  Żyrardów City. He has been an entrepreneur for 33 years, running his own companies employing over 200 people. Among the residents of Żyrardów, he is also known as an active social and local government activist. He is the initiator and implementer of many local civic initiatives supporting entrepreneurship and environmental protection. He is the founder of the Żyrardów Business Club, an association gathering local entrepreneurs. He initiated and sponsors the annual ecological campaign "You pass waste, you get a tree", enabling residents of Żyrardów to exchange certain types of waste for tree and shrub seedlings.

In the 2015 electoral campaign, he ran as an independent candidate for the Polish Senate. Since 2018, he has been a councilor of the Żyrardów. He is a keen observer of local political life, regularly reviewing the quality of work of local authorities and public entities in local media. He is a donor and patron of many local associations and environmental organizations. He is a laureate of awards and distinctions in the field of business and received recognition for his merits for his hometown and local community. He receives life support from his wife Agnieszka, whom he has known since school. In his spare time, he is a sports enthusiast who regularly engages in amateur sports. He is a friend and connoisseur of culture, as well as a patron of young talents and an amateur singer by passion.
