Leader of strategic quality projects in the field of education methodology, co-author of remote education methodology standards, and a framework of didactic competencies for the UWSB Merito Group. Co-creator of the Center for Didactic Development at UWSB Merito in Poznan. Lecturer in economics, international economic relations, negotiation, and interpersonal communication. Adjunct at Franklin University (Columbus, Ohio, USA). Visiting Professor at the Modern College of Business and Science (Muscat, Oman). Honorary Member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice. Member of the Economic Council at the Mayor of Chorzow. Awarded the Silver Honorary Badge for Merit to the Silesian Voivodeship. Recognized with the Robert L. Bailey Award by Franklin University for didactic achievements, and with the Rector's Distinction by Franklin University for implementing educational standards, as well as with the Medal of the 30th Anniversary of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice, "Pearl in the Crown of the Republic of Poland."
