Krzysztof heads the Audit and Business Advisory department at Baker Tilly TPA.

Over the course of his career, he has been involved in numerous projects in the field of transaction advisory, such as due diligence, and valuation, i.a. for entities from the petroleum, energy, manufacturing industries, as well as for businesses that operate in the telecommunications, confectionary and construction sectors.

In the course of handling transactions, Krzysztof repeatedly supported his clients in negotiations and restructuring processes.

In terms of audits and reviews of financial statements, he has been involved in audits of a wide variety of entities, from local businesses, to companies belonging to international groups, to holding companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

As part of his auditing activities, Krzysztof has oftentimes been involved in reviews of internal control procedures, management processes and the detection of fraud and abuse.

He has conducted numerous seminars in the field of accounting and transactions area and participated in many training programs. He has been a moderator and participant in many panel discussions on wind energy issues.
