She has more than 20 years experience in transaction support and strategic advisory – financial due diligence, review of Net Operating Income, acquisition accounting, review of projections, negotiations of share purchase agreements and post deal services. Kinga worked on property efficiency management, provided expert witness support in the real estate and construction litigation proceedings, supported in portfolio/ property restructuring, in construction/ development support services, etc.

She is a founder of PwC Real Estate Center of Excellence (RE CoE), the team providing integrated back office services comprising lease accounting, lease management, business analytics, accounting and tax compliance services for real estate clients in Poland.

She has worked on assignments in Poland and a number of other countries in CEE / wider EMEA.

Kinga is an Qualified accountant (ACCA), board member of Polska Izba Nieruchomości Komercyjnych (PINK), member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and Urban Land Institute (ULI), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) as well as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
