Director of the Western Balkans Women’s Academy BAZA – a leadership academy for female leaders from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Serbia. Specialist in leadership, diversity, and inclusion. Gained professional experience also in an international financial corporation and a consulting firm.
Graduate of Kozminski University, the European Academy of Diplomacy, and the European Women’s Academy in Brussels. Scholarship recipient at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management at the Free University of Brussels.
Member of the Polish Economic Society, the Advisory Board of The Alliance of Her, Women in International Security, and the Program Council of the European Economic Congress in Katowice.
Speaker and moderator at numerous national and international conferences, and author of articles on personal development, women's leadership, and international affairs.
