Holder of master's degree in civil engineering from the Poznań University of Technology, and master's degree in management from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Holder of a building licence. Holder of PhD in economics awarded by the Faculty of Management of the Poznań University of Economics and Business (research field: competitiveness of construction businesses). Since 1999 with WPIP, from 2009 to 2023 as its Vice-President.
